Bedroom. Image © Shinkenchiku Sha业主将主要的生产酿造空间安排在其他地区，而希望将该项目的空间打造成一个可用于其他商业活动的整洁环境，包括办公室、店铺和仓储等。幸运的是，这个既有空间所涵盖的面积相当的大，在容纳商业办公空间的功能之外，还可以为业主提供必要的起居空间。
The entrance of the store.. Image © Shinkenchiku Sha建筑师希望能在项目的营造中展现出业主作为啤酒酿造生产商的特质，在外部的墙面材料上利用了业主从旧酒桶上拆卸下来的木板。这种木材的使用，不光对品牌本身进行了宣传，还与周围的既有环境产生了一定的呼应关系。建筑师对既有的屋顶和主结构进行了保留，而在平面布局上置入了一个45度角倾斜的开放体块，以营造一种新旧环境间的模糊感。同时，这种空间的结合穿插方式，还产生了各种多样性的空间体块，从而满足了各类活动的需求。

View the entrance from the terrace 2 through the store.. Image © Shinkenchiku Sha基于该空间所呈现的混合功能用途的状态，建筑师对空间的开放和私密性进行了一定的把控与设计。建筑师将啤酒的仓储和展示店铺安排在基地的北侧，面向街道；并将办公室和用于展示的生产流水线模型设置在基地的正中央；而将业主的私人起居空间设计在基地的南侧。倘若在空间内的任何一个角度往前方看去，不同层级的玻璃门和墙面就会重叠交织在一起，从而营造出一种独特的空间氛围感，将空间的硬质边界进行了一定程度上的柔化与模糊。
