Our team of 130 works across offices in Beijing, Los Angeles, and Rome. Our projects range from large-scale urban developments and masterplan to imaginative civic, cultural, residential and hospitality buildings of varying scale. We endeavor to improve the balance between people, their built environment, and their natural surroundings.

技术总监/高级建筑师
理想的候选人将主导技术管理工作，提供可行性的技术解决方案，是将 MAD 设计语言转化落地的关键。我们希望您具备：
- 建筑相关专业本科及以上学历；
- 在国际一线建筑事务所，或甲级设计院 10 年以上工作经验，做为总建筑师\技术总监\技术负责人\技术顾问主持全阶段专业技术工作；
- 主持至少两个已落地大型地标性公建文化类、交通类等复杂形体项目的中后期至竣工阶段的技术管理工作；
- 将国际视野的审美水准和施工阶段经验密切结合，能够为先锋的建筑理念提供扎实的技术解决方案，并持续性地把控建筑品质；
- 具备先进的建筑专业知识。包括建筑材料、节点做法、工程技术、建筑系统、相关工程原理以及法规规范；
- 优秀的时间管理和沟通能力，适应快速的工作节奏；
- 熟练使用常用设计软件，如 AutoCAD 和 Rhino 等。
Technical Director/Senior Technical Architect
You will be responsible for technical solution production and quality control through the entire design process from concept to constructed reality, transcoding MAD design language to the next world-level completed project.
- You are a globally-minded individual with an Architecture related education background.
- You have a track record of at least 10 years’ in-depth post-qualification involvement in leading international architecture firms, or Grade A design institutes, responsible for all-stage technical management as Lead Architect/Technical Director/Technical Consultant etc.
- Having demonstrated success on at least two completed large-scale cultural, transportation, or other complex civic projects through all stages of design to construction.
- You combine strong aesthetic design sensitivity with thorough technical knowledge and construction experience, able to synergize ambitious architectural concepts and sound technical solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of architectural practice: eg: building materials, detailing, construction techniques, building systems selection, related engineering principles, and building industry standards and codes.
- You excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, enjoy imparting your knowledge and contributing to multiple teams, and have exemplary time management and communication skills.
- You are highly skilled in AutoCAD, with a working knowledge of Rhino.
初/中级建筑师
理想的候选人将作为团队主要成员参与项目的全阶段设计工作，我们希望您具备：
- 建筑相关专业本科及以上学历；
- 在国际一流建筑事务所 2 年以上工作经验，作为团队主要设计者参与过多种业态的大型项目；

Junior/Intermediate Architect
You are a globally-minded individual with an excellent academic background (Bachelor in Architecture or equivalent from an internationally recognized architecture school) and an outgoing, proactive and positive attitude.
- You have a track record of at least 2 years’ in-depth post-qualification involvement in leading international architecture firms, as a key contributor to at least 2 complex large-scale mixed-use, cultural, civic or hospitality projects through all stages of design.
- You combine strong aesthetic design sensitivity with technical knowledge and are a clear communicator. You articulate your ideas and concepts precisely, comprehensibly, and in a graphically engaging way.
- You have working knowledge of architectural drawing and detailing, and demonstrate clear understanding of building systems and materials as well as practice and industry standards and codes.
- You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, enjoy contributing to your team, are flexible, and able to set priorities in order to deliver accurately and on time.
- You are highly skilled in AutoCAD, Rhino and Adobe CS, with a sound working knowledge of Maya and Revit. English fluency is a key requirement, with business level Mandarin and other business level language skills a plus.
建筑实习生
- 建筑相关专业本科毕业或研究生在读；

- You are a globally-minded individual, having already completed your Bachelor degree in Architecture or equivalent at an internationally recognized architecture school. You have an inquisitive and outgoing personality and a proactive and positive attitude.
- You already have gained basic experience working in a design-led architecture firm, with a developer, or in a construction-related profession.
- You combine strong aesthetic design sensitivity with an understanding of architectural production, and are a clear communicator. You articulate your tasks and concepts precisely, comprehensibly, and in a graphically engaging way.
- You have working knowledge of concept and schematic architectural drawing, and demonstrate basic understanding of building systems and materials as well as practice and industry standards and codes.
- You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, enjoy contributing to your team, are flexible, and able to set priorities in order to deliver accurately and on time.
- You are highly skilled in AutoCAD, Rhino and Adobe CS, ideally with a working knowledge of Maya. English fluency is a key requirement, with business level Mandarin and other business level language skills a plus.
- You are available for a minimum of 4 months continuously.
国际媒体经理

International Press Officer
- MAD Architects Beijing office is recruiting enthusiasm press talent with all experience levels (architecture major is desirable) to join our team, to work closely with the partners to develop our international visibility.
- This role will be in charge of broadcasting MAD’s design philosophy and project concept in the international media. Bringing MAD’s worldwide influences to a new level with strong passion, skills and experiences.
- Applicants must demonstrate the following qualities:
- A strong educational background in Architecture/PR/Communications/Art/Curation or relevant major in a top-tier university. Candidates with different background will have different concentrations in the press position including but not limited to: Press Officer/Editor/Curator/Social Media Manager.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in Press/Communication role in top international architecture firms or a relevant profession with professional experience in art/design promotion.
- Understand the core function of architectural firm and press operating logic, have basic knowledge of architecture design and project in different stages.
- English as work language, with experience working/studying internationally (Chinese and English speaker is preferred.) Solid written and verbal communication skills as well as grammatical proofing and editing abilities (familiar with publication production or graphic design would be preferred) with a great sense in both traditional and new media.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and critical thinking. A positive attitude towards obstacles and tight deadlines, out-going, strong communicator and able to take priorities and handle multi-tasks when required to do so.
